This is Charlie Bear, Candy Cane, designed by Isabelle Lee. From 2011 Secret Collection. Comes in a cherry red and white, with a bell on string necklace and all original tags. Is extremely rare and hard to find, as retired. 15 ears to toe. She has only ever been on display in a cabinet, and has not been played with. Please see pics for details.
