White Lies – Harry McVeigh 01.12.2016. Original, limited, signed and numbered prints by myself artist/photographer Martin Thompson as part of my latest project thefacecollective. An objective to shoot 5000 artist’s portraits using cameras and photographic processes dating back to the mid 1800’s. Over 1000 portraits are complete and my first exhibition is scheduled for 2020. The desire to self fund the project without the aid of sponsorship or endorsements makes the pre-sale of the artwork imperative to help this body of work to evolve. The artwork is printed on heavy museum quality, off-white, natural soft textured 315gms art paper. Prints runs are in three sizes. 20×30 inch with a limited print run of 34 (actual exhibition prints). 12×18 inch with a limited print run of 66. 8×12 inch with a limited print run of 100. All sizes include a white border and actual image size will vary dependent on original film format. All artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed & dated by myself.
