John White (Marine Artist) Watercolour “Beating up the Orwell”. I have removed from the frame, gleaned the glass and re set using new tape and clips etc as it needed but is now in perfect condition with nothing for the new owner to do. I took a couple of photos out of frame showing the painting condition which is excellent. Please feel free to ask any questions.
