I’m very pleased to introduce you to, a very special and luxurious Polar bear from Bears of Bath, called Smarty. Who is patiently awaiting adoption. This Polar bear is so fluffy and soft : He is made from a new design especially created and has four beautiful mohair and faux fur fabrics, mixed with a peach faux cashmere. He has the beautifully soft 70 mm natural faux fur which I have used on his Head and Tail, He has natural mohair on his body, legs and arms, and long white faux fur on his muzzle. His head is made from 13 separate pieces of fabric, shaped and mixed carefully. This Polar bear has been a labour of love spanning several days. I really wanted to sculpt him carefully and really bring him to life. Every part of him is created from new patterns designed to bring out something completely new. His head has been carefully shaped and then gently shaded using acrylic paints to accent shadows and give him personality and life. He has 12mm English Black Glass eyes with brown eyelids. His nose has been made from white cashmere, airbrushed in black then carefully sewn into place. He is fully cotterpin jointed and filled with dense polyester filling for extra weight. When standing he is approx 10 inches high. He has pretty peach cashmere ear and foot pads. He has a Bears of Bath 2021 label, sewn into his back. He will arrive at his new home, carefully wrapped in a box, with his’Bears of Bath’ certificate of authenticity. He is number 2816 in the Certificated Series.
